Kelson Group’s 8th Annual Food Drive is a roaring success!
The 8th Annual Kelson Group Food Drive took place on June 20, 2024 across the company’s residential apartment buildings throughout BC and Alberta in 10 different cities. The results have once again astounded Kelson Group to see such generosity from every community!
“Another year to bring our residents into such an amazing opportunity to give back,” says Kelly Fawcett, Vice president of Kelson Group. “ It means so much to us all, every little bit counts.”
The enthusiasm of the team and the residents to make such a difference in the 10 local communities empowers Kelson Group each year to grow and continue to give back so successfully with more pride each time.
Traditionally, Kelson Group will donate one dollar per pound of food collected; which means this year’s contribution is a cheque for $6,679.00 will be distributed across BC and Alberta Food Banks!
“A little healthy competition is great for some smiles and laughs,” says Kelly. “The building managers value the opportunity for growth, the chance to exceed last year's contributions, and the ability to work together to distribute as much food as possible to each city."
