We currently own and oversee more than 70 residential and commercial real estate properties in British Columbia and Alberta. Our primary focus is residential apartment buildings, which are located in Kamloops, Prince George, Abbotsford, Langley, Surrey, and Kelowna, British Columbia and in Edmonton, Leduc, Sherwood Park and Grande Prairie, Alberta. We also manage four commercial properties in downtown Kamloops, where our head office is located.

Kelson Group is a family-owned group of companies including Kelson Investments Ltd., Roses Ice Cream Limited and F&N Developers (1974) Ltd. that purchased their first property nearly 50 years ago in 1974. We have established a long-term vision to maintain and hold our properties well into the future. We believe in maintaining our properties to a high level and keeping customer service a priority.
