Kamloops, B.C. –  The Keystone Awards were hosted on February 11, 2023 in Kamloops and featured the best of the best in the local building and construction industry. Among this year’s winners, Kelson Group was pleased to be awarded ‘Best Multi-Family High Rise Development’ for Liberty Pointe.

Jason Fawcett, president of Kelson Group, was pleased with the recognition for the 42-suite condo development located on the beautiful Thompson Rivers University (TRU) campus in The Reach neighbourhood. 

“This recognition acknowledges our company’s commitment to excellence in design and construction with the ultimate goal of creating a home to help our residents live better,” said Fawcett, adding, “Liberty Pointe was our third residential housing development built on campus. We are proud to have worked in collaboration with many partners at TRU and with our trades teams to create this award-winning project. We are delighted with this honour.”

Since April of 2022, Liberty Pointe has welcomed university students, staff, faculty, and community members who live in the building located in heart of the TRU campus. The area is walkable and close to amenities such as the Tournament Capital Centre, Hillside Stadium, and many local stores and service providers.
