Kelson Group is excited to have been acknowledged as a silver finalist in two categories of the Keystone Awards for 2023. The finalists were just announced, and the awards ceremony is set for February 11, 2023 at the Thompson Rivers University Grand Hall.

“To have our company be acknowledged for its work in these two awards categories really highlights the level of excellence of work by our team members,” said Jason Fawcett, President of Kelson Group Property Management and Kelson Group Property Development. “Liberty Pointe was the third apartment building we constructed on the grounds of Thompson Rivers University in the Reach neighbourhood. Our team really pulled out all the stops not only in the construction of this beautiful five-storey, multi-family development, but our marketing team also did an exceptional job leasing 100% of the building prior to completion.”

Kelson Group is a silver finalist in the Best Multi-Family High Rise Development category and Best in Marketing, both for the Liberty Pointe development.
