Aberdeen Apartments feature three separate buildings with apartments for rent in Kamloops, all within a safe and quiet neighbourhood close to many services.
Aberdeen Apartments are one and two bedroom suites located within a well-maintained rental property with clean, bright common areas and landscaped grounds. All suites are air-conditioned, have window coverings, individual thermostats, kitchen appliances, some with a dishwasher, and many have been updated with new flooring and paint. Aberdeen Apartments are cat-friendly.
Each building has a secure intercom entrance, laundry facilities and designated parking spots for tenants.
Shopping is only minutes away at Aberdeen Mall, Canadian Tire, Costco, Rexall Pharmacy and Fresh Street Market to name a few. Fine dining, at Cascades Casino or a little more relaxed dining at On The Rocks Pub & Twisted Olive. Downtown Kamloops is only 10 minutes away. The city bus service is conveniently located right in front of the buildings and Thompson Rivers University is a 5 minute drive or 15 minute bus ride.

Debra Evans the current manager is doing an excellent job as did Bill and Julia before her. They have all been very approachable and accommodating. The grounds are always well looked after as are the apartments. Terry was in one of the newly remodeled suites which we found very nice. And I would have to say Kelson Group is by far the best on seeing that everything gets done from maintenance issues to problem tenants in a very professional manner.
