Debra Evans the current manager is doing an excellent job as did Bill and Julia before her. They have all been very approachable and accommodating. The grounds are always well looked after as are the apartments. Terry was in one of the newly remodeled suites which we found very nice. We would definitely stay in one of your properties again and would highly recommend to others.

And I would have to say Kelson Group is by far the best on seeing that everything gets done from maintenance issues to problem tenants in a very professional manner.
