Jason Fawcett, President of Kelson Group, was recently honoured with his 25^th year Staff Anniversary plaque. It’s a remarkable milestone that celebrates the growth, dedication, and vision he has brought to the company since its humble beginnings 50 years ago.

When Jason first joined the family-owned business in 1999, his goal was to support and help his father, Ron Fawcett, founder and Executive Director of Kelson Group. Little did he know that this would evolve into a quarter-century of leadership and growth.

Over the past 25 years, Jason has become the heart of Kelson Group’s growth and success, playing a key role in building a thriving team, expanding the business, and fostering a culture of care and respect for our residents.

Jason’s leadership has continued to inspire everyone around him. He has mastered the ability to balance numbers, people, and the occasional overcomplicated spreadsheet. But his leadership is not just about hitting goals — it’s about lifting people up, inspiring growth, and creating a community that everyone is proud to be part of.
